When we receive your fresh flowers, our first priority is to ensure they are properly linked to your order. Each bouquet is carefully:

Step 2: The Preservation Process

Next, your flowers are sent to our preservation desk, where they undergo several steps to prepare them for their transformation:

Step 3: Storage & Scheduling

Once preserved, flowers are placed in a protective container and stored safely. They are then scheduled for completion based on the order in which they were received.

Step 4: Design & Assembly

Our talented designers bring your keepsake to life, working on each order with precision and care. Every piece is handcrafted to reflect the uniqueness of your flowers.

Step 5: Quality Control & Final Review

Before shipping, each order undergoes a rigorous quality control check to ensure:

Step 6: Shipping Preparation

Once your order is ready, it moves to our shipping department, where it is:

Once the shipping label is generated, our system automatically sends you an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your keepsake’s journey home.
