Need your keepsake sooner? Our VIP Rush Service Bundle moves your piece to the front of our production queue and includes priority handling throughout the creation process. If necessary, expedited shipping will be provided at no additional charge to ensure your guaranteed delivery timeline is met.

Important Terms & Conditions

Service Fee

The VIP Rush Service Bundle is $100 per jewelry piece and must be added to each item requiring rush processing.

Delivery Guarantee

Your guaranteed delivery date is based on the date we receive:

• Your inclusions (flowers, ashes, fur, fabric, etc.)
• Completed order information
• Full payment for both the jewelry piece and VIP Rush Service Bundle

Once all required materials have been received, your item is guaranteed to be delivered within 4 weeks.

Expedited Shipping

If necessary, we will upgrade shipping methods at our expense to ensure your guaranteed delivery timeline is met. Shipping upgrades are determined solely by My Flowers Forever.

Customer Delays

The delivery guarantee does not apply if delays are caused by:

• Missing inclusions
• Incomplete order information
• Changes requested after production has started
• Delayed customer responses to questions or requests for additional information

Multiple Item Orders

Only pieces that have the VIP Rush Service Bundle added will receive priority processing. Items without the upgrade will follow our standard production timeline.

Non-Refundable Upgrade

Because production time and studio resources are specifically reserved for VIP Rush orders, the VIP Rush Service Bundle fee is non-refundable once processing has begun.

Limitations

While we make every effort to meet all guaranteed dates, delays caused by circumstances outside our control—including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, or other force majeure events—may affect delivery timelines.
