Dedicated After-Hours Design Time • Accelerated Turnaround
Need your jewelry piece sooner? Our VIP Rush Service Bundle allows us to schedule a designer to work on your order outside of regular studio production hours so your piece can be completed more quickly without impacting other customers' orders.
The VIP Rush Service Bundle is $50 per jewelry piece and must be added to each item requiring rush processing.
Rush orders are typically completed within approximately 3 weeks from the date we receive:
• All inclusions (flowers, ashes, fur, fabric, etc.)
• Completed design selections and order information
• Full payment for both the jewelry piece and rush service
Please note that the 3-week timeframe is an estimate and is subject to designer availability.
Rush service is offered based on available after-hours production capacity. While every effort will be made to accommodate rush requests, availability may vary depending on current scheduling demands.
Rush production cannot begin until all required materials, design selections, and payments have been received.
Only pieces with the VIP Rush Service Bundle added will be scheduled for rush processing. Items without the upgrade will follow our standard production timeline.
Because after-hours design time is specifically reserved for rush orders, the VIP Rush Service Bundle fee is non-refundable once scheduling has begun.
Estimated completion times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, shipping delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
