Terms and Conditions for Wedding Flower Preservation Special Offer
By placing a deposit and utilizing our wedding flower preservation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Non-Refundable Deposit
All deposits made to secure flower preservation services are non-refundable.
Flower Handling & Responsibility
- Leftover flowers will not be returned after the preservation process.
- We are not responsible for flowers that fail to arrive, are lost in transit, or are damaged during shipping. If flowers arrive in poor condition, we will notify the bride and offer a flower replacement option at their expense.
- Brides must follow the provided Mailing Instructions to ensure their flowers are properly packaged for preservation. Link to mailing instructions
Initial Deposit & Offer
$200 Deposit
Brides are required to place a $200 deposit to secure their reservation for flower preservation. This deposit includes the following benefits:
- Guaranteed flower preservation, including a pressed floral design.
- A complimentary acrylic clutch made using a selection of their wedding flowers.
Date Submission
Brides must provide their wedding date at the time of booking. This information is necessary to schedule the proper intake of flowers for preservation.
Design Consultation Process
- Brides will participate in a design consultation after placing the deposit and prior to their wedding. This consultation is specific to pressed flower preservation services and includes the large acrylic tray with pressed flowers.
- The deposit is valid for bookings in 2025 and 2026.
- The $200 deposit will be fully applied toward the total preservation cost. Brides will be required to pay the remaining balance in full.
- During the design consultation, which can last up to one hour, we will discuss the bride’s preferences to ensure the flowers are preserved according to their vision. Virtual consultations via Zoom may be offered to review flower details or bouquet specifics.
Free Acrylic Clutch
- The acrylic clutch is a complimentary bonus included with the preservation package for brides who purchase an 11x14 or larger pressed floral design.
- No additional flowers are required for the clutch, as our team will select flowers from the bouquet that best complement its colors.
- The clutch will be delivered alongside the final pressed floral design.
Flower Care Instructions for Brides
Keep Flowers Fresh
- After the wedding, brides must immediately place their flowers in water to keep them fresh until ready for shipment. Flowers should be kept hydrated and stored in a cool place to maintain their condition.
