Eligibility: This Love Is in The Air Giveaway is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period: This giveaway ends on 02/14/2023 at 9 pm est.
Limitation of Entries: Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.

Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize will be awarded of up to $500 of preservation services. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner.

Drawing: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the entry period taking place on or about 02/15/20213 at Flowers Forever place of business. The drawing will be conducted by Flowers Forever, whose decision and interpretations on all matters relating to the giveaway and these official rules are final and binding in all respects.

Flowers Forever reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the giveaway, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the giveaway rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing.
