We have had an abundance of new orders all at one time and we have had some problems getting some of our supplies due to Covid. The good news, we added two new designers and we hope to be back on track soon. Please know we are working diligently to complete your designs in a timely manner while prioritizing the safety and health of our team members and customers.
No need to worry, we expect most orders to be processed within 12-15 weeks at the most. After processing is complete, you'll receive shipping updates with a tracking number to your email address if you supplied that information to us.
