Terms and Conditions for Wedding Flower Preservation Special Offer
By placing a deposit and utilizing our wedding flower preservation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
- All deposits made to secure flower preservation services are non-refundable.
2. Flower Handling & Responsibility
- Leftover flowers will not be returned after the preservation process.
- We are not responsible for flowers that fail to arrive, are lost in transit, or are damaged during shipping. If flowers arrive in poor condition, we will notify the bride and offer a flower replacement option at their expense.
- Brides must follow the provided Mailing Instructions to ensure proper packaging of flowers for preservation.
3. Initial Deposit & Offer Details
- A $200 deposit is required to secure your reservation for flower preservation. This deposit includes:

4. Date Submission
- Brides must provide their wedding date at the time of booking. This ensures we can schedule the proper intake of flowers for preservation.
5. Design Consultation Process
- Brides will participate in a one-on-one design consultation 2-3 weeks after we receive your flowers.
- Consultations can be done in person in our studio with a designer, or virtually via Zoom and will cover the details of your pressed floral design and keepsake selection.
- The $200 deposit will be applied toward the total preservation cost, with the remaining balance due before finalizing the order.
6. Complimentary Keepsake
- The Ashli Pendant (valid for resin or clay and 16" chain only) OR Resin Heart Paperweight (Medium) is included as a bonus with the preservation package.
- The keepsake will be made using selected blooms from the bouquet to complement its colors.
- This offer is valid for one wedding bouquet only; additional bouquets or flowers cannot be used for the keepsake.
- The keepsake will be delivered alongside the final pressed floral design.
7. Flower Care Instructions for Brides
- After the wedding, brides must immediately place their flowers in water to keep them fresh until shipment.
- Flowers should be hydrated and stored in a cool place to maintain their condition.
